What is Bi'Salon, and what does it do for a hammam and sauna?
Bi'Salon is hammam booking and salon management software that keeps the hammam's scrub, foam and massage bookings, the attendants' calendar, their shifts and the end-of-day till in one panel. A booking, which the panel calls an appointment, is tied to a staff member and a time, and its notification goes to the guest on WhatsApp first. It does not handle entry tickets, turnstiles, lockers or wristbands, and it has no calendar by room or cabin.
Does it issue entry tickets and control entry with a turnstile or wristband?
No. Bi'Salon does not issue tickets and does not work with turnstiles or wristbands. Entry control at the door needs a separate system; Bi'Salon keeps the bookable services, the staff calendar and the payment record.
Is there locker and key tracking?
No, there is no field for a locker number or key tracking. Anything you want to write down about a guest goes into the booking's note.
Can I reserve the sauna or a private room hour by hour on the calendar?
No, there is no calendar by room or cabin. The calendar opens as a general view or by staff; a booking is entered against a staff member, a time and a service. No separate column opens for the sauna or a private room.
How do I enter large groups such as a bridal hammam?
You open the booking in the name of the person organising it and write the headcount and wishes in the note. There is no capacity by headcount and no per-person entry tracking; the booking sits on the calendar as a single record.
Most guests come without a booking; is it still useful?
Yes, if you have bookable services and a team. You enter the scrub or massage of a walk-in guest as a transaction and record the payment as a collection. In a hammam that works on entry alone and takes no bookings, the panel's calendar stays unused.
Can I see how much work each attendant did?
As revenue, yes. The Staff tab of the revenue report splits the period's revenue by staff member; receipts with no staff member selected are gathered under Unassigned. There is no bonus or commission calculation.
What does the membership include for the front desk and the attendants?
10 users and 1,200 SMS and WhatsApp messages are included in the 12-month membership. You open separate users for the front desk and for whoever you want on the team; if your message allowance runs out, you buy an additional package from the panel.
