Let the panel speak the same language as the tools you use.

Bank statement lines land in the panel on their own, bookings reach your phone calendar, invoices leave through the official channel, and prepayment for an online booking goes through 3D Secure. You pay no separate subscription for e-invoicing or SMS.

The Payments screen. The Wallet column separates whether money came in as cash, bank transfer or through the POS.

Who it is for

For salons that follow bookings from a phone, want to issue invoices from the panel, and want to take a deposit on online bookings.

  • Salon owners who want the day's schedule in their own phone calendar
  • Businesses that would rather not open a second portal to invoice
  • Salons reducing no-show risk with prepayment
  • Salons who want cash, transfer and card counted separately

Google Calendar: the booking lands on your own phone

You set the connection up from your profile. A booking opened in the panel also shows in your own calendar, so you do not have to sign in to check the day while you are away from the salon.

  • The connection is set up from the Integrations tab in your profile
  • Bookings land in your own phone calendar
  • The panel stays the source; the record lives in the salon's calendar
  • The mobile app is free on the App Store and Google Play

e-Fatura: GİB approved, no separate portal

Invoices are issued from the panel and sent through a licensed integrator, so you never open a second portal and type the same details again. The document is legally valid.

  • Sending and receiving run through Nilvera, a licensed integrator
  • e-Fatura and e-Arşiv documents are approved by GİB, Türkiye's tax authority
  • Included in the package; there is no separate module fee
  • The rules for who must switch and when change every year; check GİB's own page for your situation

Online prepayment: card details never reach us

If you want prepayment on an online booking, a payment step is added to the flow. Card details go straight to the payment provider's page and never reach our servers at any point.

  • Prepayment is added to the flow depending on the setting on the service card
  • The payment goes through the bank's 3D Secure screen
  • Card details do not reach Bi'Salon servers, they go straight to the payment provider
  • The prepayment taken appears on the client's record

Bank: statement lines land in the panel on their own

You connect your QNB account once and statement lines arrive in the panel by themselves. At the end of the month you do not key the statement in, and you never enter the same movement twice.

  • Bank Movements has its own tab on the Payments screen
  • Every line has a clear status: Open or Matched
  • You open a record straight from an open line, without typing the amount
  • Once the record is complete the line moves to Matched
  • The tab depends on permissions; staff without them cannot see it

POS and wallets: where the money came from is in the list

A payment taken at the salon is written to the wallet it came through. At the end of the day you do not separate cash from card by hand; the list arrives already separated.

  • The payment wallet is chosen: cash, bank transfer or POS
  • The Wallet column in the payments list shows the channel
  • The Direction column separates money in from money out
  • On a partial payment the remaining amount waits as an open item

Frequently asked

Can I see my bookings in Google Calendar?

Yes. You set the connection up from the Integrations tab in your profile, and bookings opened in the panel land in your own phone calendar. The record itself stays in the salon's calendar; Google Calendar is a reflection of it.

Do I need a separate program or portal for e-invoicing?

No. You issue the invoice from the panel, and sending and receiving run through a licensed integrator. e-Fatura and e-Arşiv documents are approved by GİB and included in the package; there is no separate module fee. The rules for who must switch to e-Fatura and when change every year; check the current conditions GİB publishes for your own situation, and we will go through it together during setup.

Can I take a deposit on an online booking?

Yes. If prepayment is required for a service, a payment step is added to the online booking flow. The payment goes through the bank's 3D Secure screen, and card details never reach Bi'Salon servers at any point; they go straight to the payment provider.

Is there a WhatsApp or Instagram integration?

No. Today booking reminders go by SMS and email, and bookings are taken from the panel or the online booking form on your web page. There is no automatic sending or booking over WhatsApp or Instagram. Because the client's number sits on their card, you can write the message yourself.

Can I connect my bank account and match movements?

Yes. You connect your QNB account once and statement lines land on their own in the Bank Movements tab of the Payments screen. Every line is either Open or Matched; when you open a record straight from an open line you do not have to type the amount, and the line moves to matched. The tab depends on permissions; staff without them cannot see it.

Does the panel talk to my POS device?

The panel records which channel a payment came through: when you pick POS as the wallet, the amount is written to the card side and appears in the Wallet column of the payments list. So this is not data exchange with the device itself, it is the payment being written to the right channel. You do not need to separate cash from card by hand at the end of the day.

Let's look together at which tool to connect.

Leave your contact details and we will set up the calendar connection and the invoicing side together on the demo screen.
